DM Plant Commissioning and Operator Training:
Proplant provides Vendor Service Men (VSM) for commissioning of our DM Plants. Our VSMs can be used to train customer plant operation and maintenance personnel. In addition to Plant Operation and Maintenance manuals, we will also provide operator training materials as a part of commissioning our DM plants.
Process and Mechanical Guaranties:
Proplant provides process guarantee for the water quality and throughput for all our DM Plants. The process guarantee will be proved through a 3day guarantee test run. In addition to the above process guarantee, we also will provide mechanical warranty to all our equipment for a period of 18 months from the date of shipment, or 12 months from the date of installation, whichever is earlier.

Aeration:
Proplant can design, engineer and fabricate Aeration plants for the following water treatment applications:

Clarification:
Proplant can design and fabricate Clarification systems using Coagulation, Flocculation and Sedimentation techniques to reduce suspended matters and color in raw water. We use inorganic as well as polyelectrolytes as coagulants depending on the application.

Lime Softening Plants:
Proplant provides complete lime softening plants to reduce hardness, silica, alkalinity and other impurities using cold, warm or hot lime softening techniques. We will provide the complete design and equipment for the plant based on customer water analysis and downstream application.
Demineralization (DM) Plants:
Proplant can provide basic engineering, detailed engineering, equipment, installation and commissioning assistance for demineralization plants. We can choose and provide pretreatment systems such as carbon filters, Reverse Osmosis Units and Softeners to minimize the capital and operating cost for DM plants.
Reverse Osmosis (R.O) Plants:
Proplant designs and fabricates R.O plants for seawater or feed water to DM plant applications. We also provide pretreatments to protect the membranes by solid removal, scale control and microbiological control systems.

Proplant is a complete service company in the field of water treatment applications. We manufacture cooling water and boiling water treatment chemicals and provide comprehensive service to process industries.
